Opening March 2025, Winnesota’s Oconomowoc warehouse is located conveniently off of I-94 and State highway 67. Just 30 minutes west of downtown Milwaukee, this warehouse storage solution is also less than an hour from Madison, 2 hours from downtown Chicago and a 4-hour, 30-minute drive to Minneapolis.

At our Oconomowoc facility, we have a variety of temperature controlled areas to our warehouses. From ambient, cold storage and deep-freeze needs (like ice cream, frozen foods, and more), this warehouse will accommodate your storage needs.
 

Our storage capabilities and temperature offerings are as follows at Oconomowoc:

 

  • Deep Freeze (-20 degrees) – 688,140 cubic feet.
  • Frozen (-10 degreees) – >1,000,000 cubic feet.
  • Refrigerated (36 degrees) – 687,528 cubic feet.
  • Ambient (50-75 degrees) – 664,884 cubic feet.
